Flooding St. Lawrence River at Cape Vincent


Cape Vincent sits near Lake Ontario and directly at the start of the St. Lawrence River. Both the lake and river are extremely high as of May 26, 2019, when these photos were taken.

    As you saw during your visit, water levels were high in the Ottawa Valley too at that time.
