The sleighs they have for rent are good ways to get kids- or adults, with bigger ones- around on the ice, and I notice not everyone in these shots skates. The ice surface does quite well for walking on.
It's great to see kids outdoors in the fresh air. It looks like their parents have bundled them up well.
