Llamas at Woodmansee Farms

Woodmansee Farms in Tully offers half-day hikes with llamas. We were curious about these camel-relatives, and this was a wonderful way to spend some time up close with them. We each led a llama on a walk and had enough time with it to get to know its unique personality as well as something of the natural history and social organization of llamas. 

Visiting John and Dawn Bishop's farm and their llama project is great fun and extremely interesting.
